Petal Beauty: Makeup Brush Review

Hey Rosebuds & Beauty Slayers!

Today review is for Petal Beauty. My first impression of a brand comes from how the packaging looks and feels. I like to think that if a company cares about the packaging then the product has to have been given the same love and attention to details. Right? (comment the nicest brand packaging you've seen below)

I loved Petal Beauty's packaging in fact... Ever heard of that fab company called Sigma Beauty? Well, Petal Beauty's packaging and brushes in my honest opinion mimics and comes very very close to Sigma Beauty's. I personally own an entire set of Sigma's brushes and when I opened my Petal Beauty package I instantly thought of my Sigma packaging. As a self proclaimed lover of quality dupes, Petal Beauty caught my eye right there. ;)
I've noticed through research that a lot of brands get tied up with the same manufacture and this is common. Some say knock off I say dupe and let the brands battle it out to prove the difference. The phonies will fail. It's not my intentions with my blog to bash companies for imitating or copying another brand. I'm a lover of makeup and industry tools and try to stay as neutral as possible unless otherwise stated.

I purchased a tapered highlighter brush for $10.49 ( online ebay store) and was given a travel sized bending brush as a free gift with free shipping as well. Total score anytime I don't have to pay shipping lol. Both Brushes appeared to be of professional quality and materials, providing and super soft luxurious feel.  I happen to be doing brush cleanings last night and decided to add these two brushes to my cleaning line up. I'm happy to write that they both passed my cleaning routine with my Clean Brush Shampoo ( check out my Clean Brush Shampoo review as well).

After they were both dry I went to work testing the quality of these brushes. I pulled and tugged at the bristles and not a single hair came free. I then sprayed both, now dirty brushes, with my Sephora brush cleanser and they both came clean and the bristles kept their shape and softness.

In the end....

Do I love Petal Beauty's brushes? Yes I do. They may be the affordable sturdy dupe to so many expensive brands.

Would I purchase more brushes? I sure would, the quality is great and the price point is very affordable.
What's one thing that I don't like about Petal Beauty brushes? I haven't been able to find any type of direct contact to the company. The only contact they allow is via the Petal Beauty website where you can send an email.
